How quickly do you respond?
Within one business day, usually within a few hours during the work week. If it's urgent, give us a call and we'll move faster.
Do you work outside Cincinnati?
Most of our work is here in Cincinnati, but we travel for the right project. Recent on-location shoots have taken us to the Bahamas, Chicago, Columbus, and Auburn.
What's your typical project timeline?
Depends on scope. A single-video project usually takes two to four weeks from kickoff to final delivery. Batch content shoots can produce a month of social content in a single afternoon. Larger productions and ongoing programs get their own timelines we'll map out together.
Do you offer retainers or ongoing content programs?
Yes. Most of our best client relationships are ongoing. Monthly or quarterly content production rather than one-off projects. Ask about this on the call and we'll scope something that matches your content calendar.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That's fine. Bring us an idea, a goal, or just a problem you're trying to solve with content. The first call is a conversation, not a commitment.
Are you a good fit for my project?
We're best for marketing teams, agencies, and founders who already have a vision and need production that executes at a high level. If you need a full-service creative agency to define your brand from scratch, we might not be the right fit. We'll tell you straight up on the first call.
